Changing a Patient's Location Individually

Overview

This tutorial will review how to change a patient's location individually.

This can be accomplished via multiple forms, the most popular of which are described below.

No matter what form or application you use to change the patient's location, it is updated across all.

Location changes are tracked so there is always a history of where a patient resided and when/who changed the location.

Patient File
1. Navigate to the Patient File of the patient you would like to change the location of
2. Click Location
3. Select the new location.
4. Click Select
Location Map
1. Locate the patient you would like to move on the map.
2. Click on the patient's name.
3. Click the location icon (drop pin symbol)
4. Select the new location.
5. Save
Summary Card (Equine Breeders Package Required)
1. Navigate to the Summary Card of the patient you would like to change the location of
2. Click Location
3. Select the new location.
4. Click Select
Hospital Record (Hospital Package Required)
1. Navigate to the Hospital Record of the patient you would like to change the location of
2. Click Location
3. Select the new location.
4. Click Select
