Overview

The mobile application is one of the three applications in which Wise Option users can access their data. The tutorial below reviews how to get started with the Wise Option mobile application.

Please note: not all features available in the desktop application are available in the web and mobile applications. Follow the instructions below to learn how to set up the Wise Option mobile application on your iOS or Android device.

Step-by-Step Guidance

  1. Download the Wise Option Equine app on the Apple or Google Play store.

  2. Tools > Authorized Mobiles.

  3. Add New Authorization Code.

  4. Add mobile alias (example: Rachel’s Android).

  5. Set expiration date if needed.

  6. Create.

  7. Go back to your mobile app and click the side menu bar > Authorization Code.

  8. Enter the code created. Wise Option will automatically move your cursor from one square to the next and capitalize the letters.

  9. Click Validate.

  10. Log in with your Professional username and password (the one you created in the desktop application).
