Moving Multiple Patients to a New Location

Overview

This tutorial will review how to change multiple patients to the same new location.

This can be accomplished via multiple forms, the most popular of which are described below.

No matter what form or application you change the patient's location from, it is updated across all.

Location changes are tracked so there is always a history of where a patient resided and when/who changed the location.

Step-by-Step Guidance

1. Location Map

   1. Open a map where all patients that you would like to move are displayed.

   2. Click the white check box at the top right.

   3. Select each of the patients you would like to move.

   4. Click the location icon (drop pin symbol) at the top right.

   5. Select the new location.

   6. Save
