Managing Subscription Change Access

Overview

This tutorial will review how to manage which users have access to the Wise Option Subscription Billing Manager. We will review how to grant and revoke access to the Subscription Billing Manager.

The user must be selected as "Subscription Manager" in the Professional profile in order to have access.

Multiple users can be a Subscription Manager.

By default, the two oldest, active professionals that have Administrator privillages have access to the Billing Subscription Manager.

Users that are marked as a Subscription Manager can access all features in the Wise Option Subscription Billing Manager.

Instructions

Before beginning, make sure you have:

• Logged in to Wise Option 7

• Have access to editing Professional profiles

Step-by-Step Guidance

1. Navigate to Settings > Professional

2. Click the user for whom you would like to review their access to the Wise Option Subscription Manager.

3. To activate this user's access, toggle "Subscription Manager" to the on position.

4. To revoke access, toggle "Subscription Manager" to the off position.

5. Click Save
