Updating Subscription Payment Method on File

Overview

It is important to keep your method of payment up to date to ensure there is no lapse in subscription and services. At this time, in order to provide the best services for our users, a credit card or ACH account is required to be on file for the recurring monthly subscription.

Wise Option will never ask for your credit card information over the phone, email, or text. The ONLY place you should provide credit card or ACH information is via the Subscription Billing Manager using the steps below.

This tutorial will review how to update the payment method on file to pay the Wise Option Subscription.

At this time, we accept credit card and ACH payments.

There is a 3% convenience fee for all credit card transactions.

Instructions

Before beginning, make sure you have:

  • Logged in to Wise Option 7

  • Have Subscription Manager Access

Step-by-Step Guidance

  1. Navigate to Settings > Tools & Options > Subscription

    1. If you do not see the Subscription option in the menu, your Professional profile has not been enabled with Subscription Manager access. Please contact your system administrator.

  2. Under Summary > Payment Method, you can see the current payment method(s) on file.

  3. Adding a new payment method

    1. Click "Add Card"

    2. Select "Credit Card" or "Bank Account"(ACH)

    3. Enter payment details and save

  4. Removing a payment method on file

    1. Click the delete button next to the method you would like to remove

  5. Selecting a method as the default payment method

    1. Click "Set as Default" on the selected method
