Resetting the Professional Password

Overview

This tutorial reviews the steps to reset a user's password in case they have forgotten their previous one or they have shared it with others and need it to be changed.

1. Navigate to Data > Professional

2. Select User > Click "Reset Password"

4. This user's password will now be temporarily set to 1234 and once they log in, they will be prompted to create a new one
