Communication Log

Overview

Every communication (email and SMS) sent through Wise Option is also tracked in Wise Option.

Users can also enter manual account communication entries (i.e. phone conversation summaries).

In addition to individual communication logs, there is also a system wide communication log available under Reports > Customer > Communication Log.

Step-by-Step Guidance

  1. Navigate to the customer file and click the “Communications” button.

  2. Enter the description and a comment or note to add new communications, then click the save icon.

  3. After saving, your entry will appear in the history log. Clicking an entry will display the note in the viewer section.

  4. You can also see the time, date, and user who made the note.
