Initiating New Report: Click on the option to create a new task report.
Defining Report Topic: For this example, the focus is on creating a task report for vaccinations, specifically for flu/rhino.
Determining Vaccination Frequency.
Naming the Report.
Setting Criteria:
Status: Specify that only active horses should be included in the report.
Age: Set a condition that the horses should be over one year old.
Determining Time of Year: Decide if the vaccination is required all year round or at specific times. In this example, it's all year round.
Setting Frequency: Specify the repetition frequency of the vaccination, such as monthly or every six months.
Selecting Vaccination Tasks: Add the tasks related to flu/rhino vaccination to the report. Include both the flu rhino vaccine and any combination vaccines that include flu/rhino.
Considering Task Completion: Decide whether to include horses that have already received the vaccination or only those that haven't.
Submitting the Report: Once all criteria are set, submit the report for execution.
