Daily Worksheet Web Board

Overview

This tutorial reviews how to use the Web Board feature of the Daily Worksheet.

If you have not already, please review Web Boardsto see device requirements and how to set one up.

This Web Board will show the mares on the Daily Worksheet, the comment associated with that record, and the associated Priority.

This can be beneficial to display in a common area to replace a whiteboard of the list of mares to be seen, as this board will display an up to date list as mares are seen throughout the day.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Daily Worksheet

2. Write down the Authorization Code present

   1. If no Authorization Code is present, please click the Add button (green plus) to generate one

   2. 
3. Open a web browser on the device you would like the Web Board to be displayed

4. Go to www.WiseOption.com > Click "Login" > Click "Authorization Code"

5. Enter the code you wrote down earlier > Submit

6. Open the Settings for the Web Board (Red gear icon at top right)

7. Review and adjust settings to suit the device size and user preferences

8. 

   1. Font Size: Size of text

   2. Items per column: Number of records per column

   3. Refresh Every: How often the screen with automatically refresh to fetch the latest data

   4. Column Width: How wide each column is

   5. Column Height: How tall each column is

   6. V-Scroll: Time to seconds scroll from the top to bottom of page

   7. H-Scroll: Time in seconds to scroll from the left to right of page

   8. Single versus Multiple Frame: Single will show all records in one frame and sort records alphabetically. Multiple will group records by Priority. Each Priority will have it's own frame.

   9. Remove versus Done: As mares are checked, they can either be removed from the Web Board (Remove) or crossed out (Done)

   10. Palpation Only versus All Reminder versus versus Selected Tasks Only: Just like the Daily Worksheet in the application, you can chose which records are displayed.

   11. Sort ID versus Location / Sort ID: For each record, users can choose if the mare's Sort ID is displayed or Sort ID and Location.

   12. Location Selection: This allows you to display records for only mare's in certain locations.

   13. If you adjust any settings, esure you click "Save"
