This tutorial will review the Patient Procedure Summary form, how to use it and who may benefit most from using. This form is only for entering procedures, not reminders.
This form is composed of a:
Snapshot of the customer account, with options to add credits, charges, and print the statement
List of patient procedures
Charging box (to enter procedures on that patient file)
Sidebar section to allow you to easily flip between patients.
Click on the patient from the left side list to load the form on the right and enter procedures.

Accessing Patient Procedure Summary:
From the desktop application's home screen, navigate to "Patient File" and select "Patient Procedure Summary." Alternatively, go to "Procedure" and then "Patient Procedure Summary."
Patient Selection:
Upon accessing the patient procedure summary, you'll find a list of patients on the left. Choose the patient for whom you want to add procedures either from the list or by searching.
Review Patient Information:
On the right side of the screen, you'll see basic patient information along with details from the customer file. This may include owner information and a snapshot of recent invoices.
Options for Adding Charges:
You have several quick options available for adding charges, and credits, canceling events, printing invoices, or charging a credit card if integrated.
Entering Procedures:
The main focus of the screen is on the procedures section. Review the existing procedures listed. To add more procedures, use the options provided at the top, such as macros, digital circle sheets, or the task finder.
Adding Procedures with Macros:
Example: Utilize a macro to add a procedure by selecting it, and it will be added to the list below.
Billing Procedures:
Once procedures are added, you can bill for them by using the billing button provided. This allows for easy billing directly from the patient procedure summary form.
Additional Features:
On the left side of the screen, there's an option to add a new patient if needed. Additionally, you can adjust the font sizes for both the list of patients and the list of procedures to enhance readability.
Adjusting Font Sizes:
Use the font adjustment option to resize the text in the patient and procedure lists as per your preference.
