Duplicate Patient Files

Merging Duplicate Patient Files

Overview

You cannot delete a duplicate patient file, but you can merge the files to preserve the record's history. Here's a guide on how to merge duplicate patient files using Wise Option.

IMPORTANT:

  • We do not allow the deletion of patient or customer files in Wise Option, as this would cause holes in your records and history.

  • The most common reason users want to delete a patient file is duplication.

  • In Wise Option, we give users the option to merge patient files.

  • This will merge all procedures, medical records, reproductive records, and history.

  • Please be VERY careful with this tool. There is NO undo button.
