Easy Document Access in Desktop App

Overview

This folder is where you save documents downloaded from the desktop application. This will also be the folder where you save images and documents that you would like to upload into the desktop application.

You must do this on each device you have the desktop application on.

Before beginning, make sure you have:

  • Logged into your Wise Option account.

  • Necessary user permissions to access Creating a folder for the Desktop App.

Step-by-Step Guidance

  1. Before logging into the desktop application, go to your file finder on the computer

  2. Open your Windows C (sometimes abbreviated "OS: C) drive

  3. Create a new folder here (suggested name: a-Wise Option Docs)

  4. Right-click on the folder and create a shortcut on the desktop of your computer

  5. Now open the desktop application

  6. Open the file finder in the cloud

  7. Click on “This PC” on the left

  8. Click on “C on (Computer name)”

  9. You will see the folder you created

  10. Right-click on the folder and select Pin to Quick Access
