TekCollect Overview
This tutrial reviews what the TekCollect integration is, requirements for the integration, and how it functions.
The TekCollect Integration allows users with a TekCollect account to manage past due accounts in Wise Option and push specific accounts to collection services with TekCollect.
This integration primarily works by TekCollect pulling and sending information to Wise Option.
For example, TekCollect can pull customer accounts from Wise Option with past due invoices and the customer information of those accounts.

Requirements for the Integration:
Your Wise Option Subscription must include the IMPACT Package
Credit Allocation Feature Activated in Wise Option
TekCollect Account
How the Integration works while in Wise Option:
Once turned on, users will be able to go to TekCollect and pull clients with past due invoices In Wise Option. This will allow TekCollect to pull those customer’s information from Wise Option.
If a customer goes into collection services with TekCollect:
A flag will be placed on the Wise Option account and a warning pop up will appear when the user accesses the customer file in Wise Option
If TekCollect applies a collection fee to thier account, the integration will automatically place that charge on the customer account in Wise Option.
Via this integration, TekCollect can pull customer payment details to see if these clients have made payments directly to your business.
If the customer is removed from collection services in TekCollect, the flag and warning message in the Wise Option customer file will automatically be removed.
At this time, if TekCollect collects a payment from thsee customers, that payment is NOT automatically recorded in Wise Option.
