Step-by-Step Guidance

  1. Navigate to any patient file in Wise Option and click Location

  2. If the location has never been used

    1. Select the location in the list and click the red X at the bottom right to delete the location

  3. If the location has been used

    1. It is not currently possible to delete locations that have been used, as this would negatively impact the location history.

    2. We recommend dragging the location as a child location of a location such as "z-Inactive" or "z-DO NOT USE"

    3. This way there is an indication to users that this should not be used, but the location history is maintained.

    4. Below is an Example. The location Stall 8 under Hospital Barn was created by mistake

    5. Select Re-arrange items in the List

    6. Click and drag Stall 8 and drop on to the "z-DO NOT USE" location.

    7. Click Save
