Task Files are items you can add as procedures and reminders in Wise Option
Wise Option comes with several default task files. You may use these task files and edit the prices or inactivate them

Step-by-Step Guidance
To add a new task file > Main Screen > Tasks > Task Files.
Click the green plus (bottom right corner).
Enter the task name (Code and nickname are not required).
Select the label Profit Center> General Charge. Please consult Wise Option support before adding more profit centers.
Select the label Category > to select the category that best matches the task file.
What is the category for?
End of period reports (financial)
Can I create another category?
Yes! Select a category from the list and click the green plus to add a new one. Select “Sibling”> enter a code (number) > enter the description > save.
Save.
Select the line “Unit Retail Cost = $0.00” > Update Retail Price.
Enter the price > Update All .
If you wish to enter the cost > Select the line “Unit Retail Cost = $0.00” > Update Retail Cost.
Enter the cost > Update All.
Retail Cost versus Retail Price:
Cost = how it costs you or how much you pay to buy the item.
Price = how much the customer will see as a charge in the invoice.
Save & Close.
