Step-by-Step Guidance

  1. Accessing Printer Settings:

    • Navigate to your local computer's settings and access the "Printers and Scanners" section.

  2. Identifying Connected Printers:

    • Verify that your computer is connected to the label printer and ensure it is set as the default printer.

  3. Checking Printer Preferences:

    • Select the label printer and access its printer preferences.

    • Verify settings such as orientation (landscape), paper size, and label dimensions.

    • Apply any necessary changes and ensure they are saved.

  4. Refreshing Printer Settings:

    • Understand the importance of refreshing printer settings in Wise Option.

    • If changes are made to printer preferences, ensure Wise Option is closed before reopening it to reflect the updated settings.

    • Sign out of Wise Option, close the cloud completely, then reopen and log in to ensure the changes take effect.

  5. Addressing Grayed-Out Options:

    • If printer preferences are grayed out, it may indicate permission restrictions.

    • Contact the system administrator or IT department for assistance in modifying these settings.
